The International Production Team label, comprised of 2023 Beatles researchers, has released the latest 2023 edit of Yesterday and Today, the U.S. edition of the fantastic Butcher cover reproduction. The special limited edition of "Yesterdays and Today" is now available. The US release of "Yesterday and Today," an album with the infamous Butcher cover jacket, has attracted attention for its unique content, not only for its stereo and mono versions, but also for its inclusion of "I'm Only Sleeping," "Dr. Robert," "And I'm Only Sleeping," and "And I'm Only Sleeping," prior to the UK release of "Revolver. The album includes three songs, "I'm Only Sleeping," "Dr. Robert," and "And Your Bird Can Sing," in advance of the UK release of "Revolver" in both stereo and mono. Differences in sound sources are also noted in "Nowhere Man," "Yesterday," "We Can Work It Out," "Day Tripper," etc., all of which can be heard in the original U.S. mix, which is different from the U.K. mix. Therefore, this title includes four versions of the original 1966 stereo and mono recordings, a second version reissued in the 1970s, and a reel-to-reel tape with different song order, as well as a complete list of related recordings. Disc 1 : BUTCHER COVER VERSIONA faithful reproduction of the stereo and mono recordings from the original 1966 recordings edited by Capitol in the U.S.A. This is the definitive edition that allows you to compare the differences between the different mixes. The master was sent to the U.S. during the production of the "Revolver" album, and unlike the mix later released in the U.K., "I'm Only Sleeping" has a unique mix with reverse guitar rotation different from the U.K. stereo & mono mix. Also, "Dr. Robert" has a long ending with John mumbling "OK, FAB" after the performance. And Your Bird Can Sing" is also a mono mix, and these three songs were recorded in pseudo-stereo on stereo albums of the time. Furthermore, the sound of "Nowhere Man" and "Day Tripper" are sound errors that can be considered editing errors. Yesterday" and "We Can Work It Out" were also mixed differently from the UK version. The original sound sources of "Yesterday and Today" can only be heard on US vinyl records.
