Bowie in the "1. OUTSIDE" era pioneered the dark side of the new world. OUTSIDE", which pioneered the new dark side of Bowie. Here is a superb live album that serves as a new masterpiece. This album contains the "January 27, 1996 Brussels concert". This is a superb audience recording. OUTSIDE TOUR" was the only tour in Bowie's life where he performed in Israel and Russia, but it was also famous for the changes in the band members and the set during the tour. This album is a live album before those changes took place. In order to explain this, let's first look back at the overall picture of the world tour and check the position of the show. 1995《September 25 "OUTSIDE" released》・September 14-October 31: North America (27 shows) ・November 14-December 13: UK (16 shows) ・January 17-February 20, 1996: Europe #1 (23 shows)←★★★★ - 3.5 months later - June 4-13: Japan (7 shows) ・June June 18-July 21: Europe #2 (22 shows) This is a full view of the "OUTSIDE TOUR". The tour started around the time of the album release, but took a short break in February 1996. The tour was resumed in June in Japan with a five-piece lineup. The Brussels show in this album was the seventh concert of the "Europe #1" tour. The record of this show has not been known for a long time, but recently a master has appeared to break through the situation. The quality of the master is also excellent. The quality of the master is also superb. It was created from the original DAT master, and the sound is super clear. If you listen carefully with headphones, you can tell that this is an audience recording that has absorbed the enthusiasm of the audience on the spot, but the enthusiasm is extremely distant, and the thick-set sound of the band and their voices come rushing forward. Moreover, the atmosphere was crystal clear. Even though the eight-member band was large, the sound was beautifully separated, almost as if it were an FM soundboard. In fact, this clarity is unique to this album. The DAT master itself has been highly acclaimed by core collectors around the world as "A" or "9/10" for its phenomenal sound, but the mastering of this album has been further brushed up by meticulous mastering. The thick-boned and meaty sound has been sorted out, and the elements that can feel fuzzy at first listen have been dispelled. The beauty of the sound and the natural feel of the sound were retained, but the sharpness of the edge that the original sound had was brought out. The show depicted with such superb sound is also wonderful. Speaking of the first half of the OUTSIDE TOUR, we have introduced soundboard recordings such as the rehearsal album "SLINKY SECRETS" and "DUBLIN 1995", both of which were made in 1995. This is "Europe #1", which is a step forward from those two albums, and the set has also changed. Of course, the core of this album is the new songs from "1.OUTSIDE", but classics such as "White Light/White Heat" and "Diamond Dogs" are back. Both made their way into the set from "Europe #1," and "Diamond Dogs" is particularly tasty. It has been 20 years since the return of "ISOLAR: 1976 TOUR," and the unexpected delight of the audience could be felt (albeit from afar). The first half of the "OUTSIDE TOUR", which was a bizarre world depicted by a large eight-piece band including Carlos Alomar, George Sims, and Peter Schwartz, a close ally of the band. This is a rare live album that depicts "Europe #1," the culmination of the tour, in the finest sound. The DAT masters, highly acclaimed by collectors around the world, have been polished to the highest quality for a crystal clear 2-CD set.
