The November 20, 1983 "Serious Moonlight" world tour, the biggest of the band's career and their biggest breakthrough worldwide, is now available on 2CD+1DVD. The 2CD+1DVD set includes the full master-quality, pro-shot video of the November 20, 1983 show in Sydney, Australia, and its remastered soundtrack. The video, which was suddenly released nearly 40 years later, is an unedited, leaked pro-shot video recorded for the screen at the outdoor stadium on the day of the show, and was mastered from a leaked tape from a related party. However, the latest digital restoration in 2023 restored the incomplete cuts in songs such as "Life On Mars" and "Station To Station" without any discrepancy. In addition, the mono audio has been replaced with a new multi-track remastering for a more realistic stereo remastering, and the accompanying 2CD has been digitally remastered for a complete stereo soundboard recording. The most important thing is that there has never been a full live pro-shot video of the Vancouver, Canada show except for the official video "Serious Moonlight", and since this is a full live performance including 4 encores that were not included in the official recording, it is very rare. The rarity of this video is too great. The official "Serious Moonlight" was recorded in Vancouver, Canada, and this Australian tour was about two months later, so the setlist is slightly different. You can only see "Modern Love", "The Jean Genie" and "Stay" at this concert. The venue is not an arena but an open-air stadium, which gives the audience a great sense of openness and the spectacle of a huge crowd, and the legendary Japan tour was held the month before in October.
