TOUCH's debut album, an unmistakable masterpiece featuring outstanding songs, outstanding playing ability, and exquisite harmonies that rivaled the likes of BOSTON, KANSAS, JOURNEY, STYX, and TOTO, who were so popular at the time that it was even nicknamed "industrial rock," is released for the first time in a paper jacket that carefully reproduces the original LP and includes 7 bonus tracks!
TOUCH is a new melodic progressive rock band formed in New York in 1979 by the three main members of AMERICAN TEARS (Mark Mangold (key, vocals), Craig Brooks (guitar, vocals), Glenn Kiskart (dr.)), who celebrated the dawn of American progressive rock in the late 1970s, and Doug Howard (bass, vocals). RAINBOW's manager at the time, Bruce Payne, saw them, and they signed a contract with Atco, a subsidiary of major Warner, and their debut album was released the following year in 1980!It contained catchy melodies, excellent playing skills, and excellent songs that featured solid choruses with all three members taking lead vocals, and was praised by critics at the time. Furthermore, the band appeared at the first "Monsters Of Rock" held in Donnington, England in 1980, where RAINBOW was the lead performer, along with metal bands such as JUDAS PRIEST and SCORPIONS, which caused a big stir.
The Japanese version has been released many times, but this time it will be released with a paper jacket and 6 bonus tracks for the first time!

The bonus tracks include “Can’t Keep From Cryin’” from the American Tears era and two single versions released in Japan at the time for the first time in the world! This will be the definitive release.

In addition, as a bonus for purchasing along with the phantom second album that was not released at the time, we will also include a DVD containing valuable early TOUCH studio live footage + PVs for 4 songs produced from the reunion album "Tomorrow Never Comes" released in 2021.
