This work, which has been out of print for many years and difficult to obtain, is being reissued in Japan for the first time in 29 years!

ONSLAUGHT was formed in Bristol, England in 1982, led by Niji Rocket (G) and others. They made their debut in 1985 with the album ``Power From Hell'', which mixes elements of hardcore punk and NWOBHM and develops an aggressive thrash metal style with memorable melodies sprinkled throughout. They then released their second album, ``The Power'' in 1986, and gradually rose to prominence in the thrash metal scene. After that, the band searched for a new vocalist to make further progress. A new vocalist, Steve Grimmett, who had left GRIM REAPER at the time, joined as a new vocalist, and ``In Search Of Sanity'' was released as the band's third album in total.

With the addition of Steve Grimmett, the band's musicality shifted from the traditional hardcore/thrash to a power/progressive style that incorporates melody. This work was successful, and the album became the band's biggest hit, peaking at number 46 on the UK charts. It is a monumental work that determined the band's popularity, and is one of the masterpieces that is handed down to the present day as a masterpiece.

For this reissue, this work is a 2-disc set with Disc 1 containing the main album and Disc 2 containing the 1989 live performance held after the album's release as a bonus disc. The live sound source is the first sound source that has not been released in Japan. This work, which has been out of print for many years and difficult to obtain, will be reissued in Japan for the first time in 29 years.

Also on the same day, classic titles related to Steve Grimmett, ``LIONSHEART'' by LIONSHEART, ``See You In Hell'', ``Fear No Evil'', and ``Rock You To Hell'' by GRIM REAPER, were also re-released at the same time. A total of 5 titles that British metal fans and Grimmett fans should pay attention to will be reissued at once.
