The 2013 debut album by Heart Attack, France's secret weapon discovered by Nuclear Blast Records founder Markus Steiger, is now available in Japan for the first time. Thrash metal with plenty of initial impulse is exciting!

Heart Attack is a French metal band. The band has been active since around 2010, but to be honest, I don't think many people have ever heard of their name. The person who discovered them was Markus Steiger, founder of Nuclear Blast Records and current owner of Atomic Fire Records. He discovers a hidden gem in France and immediately decides to sign a contract with Heart Attack. Atomic Fire will be releasing their third album, ``Negative Sun.'' That's not all. Two of their early masterpieces, which until now were little known outside of France, are now being reissued. This work is the debut album "Stop Pretending" released in 2013. They are currently expanding their range of musicality. Inspiration from their heroes - Metallica, Slayer, Exodus, Pantera and Machine Head - still comes to the fore on this debut. This is a truly DIY work, recorded entirely by the band at home, and is full of real feelings with an initial impulse. Now that they are affiliated with Atomic Fire, there is no doubt that the chances of hearing Heart Attack's name will increase dramatically in the future. This is where their origins lie. Truly France's secret weapon. Atomic Fire's words say it all: "What do you mean no one knows about them outside of France?"
