Celebrating Guns N' Roses' glorious musical legacy, this edition celebrates the 30th anniversary of the band's 1991 multi-platinum certified album Use Your Illusion II.

Guns N' Roses' long-awaited third and fourth studio albums, Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II, were originally released simultaneously on September 17, 1991. Given the tremendous success of GN'R Rise and Appetite for Destruction, producing a follow-up album was a formidable task for the band, but Guns N' Roses not only pulled it off, they also surprised the world by simultaneously releasing two new full-length studio albums. After the release of both albums, they achieved a one-two finish with ``Use Your Illusion I'' reaching 2nd place on the US chart (Billboard 200) and ``Use Your Illusion II'' simultaneously reaching 1st place. It is estimated that the former sold over 500,000 copies within two hours of its release, and the former sold over 685,000 and the latter over 770,000 within a week.

Use Your Illusion II includes the band's Top 50 single "You Could Be Mine," "Civil War," which peaked at No. 4 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, Bob Dylan's "Knockin' on the Heaven's Door," and an alternate version of "Don't Cry" with different lyrics.

This time, we have adopted the latest remastered sound source of the original studio album, which has been completely remastered from the original stereo 1/2-inch analog master tape and converted to 96kHz/24bit high resolution for the first time, and is included on a 44.1kHz/16bit CD.
