Spanish songstress Gabriel de Val, who sang beautifully in "CIRCLE OF FRIENDS", has released a superb solo album!

Before you know it, a talented songstress from Spain, which has been producing extremely high-quality melodic and hard bands and artists, will be taking on the world!

Born in Germany, he moved to Madrid, Spain when he was 10 years old. In 1987, he appeared on the scene as D'VAL and released numerous sound sources through his own solo activities, bands, and projects. From 2010, he released three albums as THE VAL as of 2019. In Japan, his overwhelming singing and songwriting have penetrated other musicians and critics, and he has been invited to live performances and recordings, making him a sought-after presence in melodic rock / In the AOR scene, Gabriel de Val is well-regarded by those in the know.

Meanwhile, in 2022, he participated in CIRCLE OF FRIENDS's "The Garden" (Rubicon Music: RBNCD-1362), a project album released by the long-established British melodic label Escape Music, and gave a wonderful performance on "When He's Gone", which was also the album's leader track. It attracted even more attention around the world.

In this way, his first solo album, ``Kiss in a Dragon Night,'' was finally produced. The production of the album continues to be led by two of the scene's key figures, including Escape Music's Khalil Turk and UK FIREFEST organizer, Blues Me's Mellohersheen icons.

The album features an amazing lineup of musicians, including singers such as Robin McCauley, Mark Bolles, Steve Overland, Terry Block, and Mick Devine, guitarists such as Garry Phil, Steve Morris, and Tommy Denander, and other wonderful musicians. The person in charge of mixing/mastering was Frédéric Folke, a talented guitarist who has participated in many bands and albums in the Mellohar area, including ECLIPSE. You can see the label's efforts in this rock-solid lineup. The album includes both new songs and songs that Gabriel has written in the past, so it's like the best of the best, but it also includes three cover songs, including Mike Oldfield's ``Moonlight Shadow.''
