DOKKEN, a band that represents LA metal centered around Don Dokken, has completed their latest studio album, their first in 11 years since their previous album "Broken Bones" (2012), which has been long awaited by fans. Although they went through a period of disbandment, this new work from a band that has been enthusiastically supported by metal fans not only in Japan but all over the world for more than 40 years since their debut in 1981, is attracting attention from fans all over the world.

As mentioned earlier, it has been a long time since their last album, but in 2020 they released a collection of rare tracks, ``The Lost Songs: 1978-1981,'' which includes recordings from before and after the band's debut, as a gift to fans who are waiting for their new album. It includes the sound sources of George Lynch and Foan Clouchet, who was on the album in the early days but left soon after and joined RATT, and it is still fresh in the memory that it pleased the core fans.

The long-awaited new work by fans has been produced by Don, guitarist John Levin, who has been with the band for 20 years, Chris McAville on bass, and BJ Zampa on drums, who have remained constant in recent years.It combines aggressive heaviness and melody, with technical and flashy guitars on top.It gives a sense of unity as a band, and it is a work worthy of DOKKEN.
