SURGERY's long-awaited 3rd album ``Living Dead'', their first in five years, is a masterpiece that has an old-school essence at its core, highly fused with inspiration from various extreme music, and created SURGERY's simple and catchy death metal to the highest degree of perfection to date. In addition, the lyrics are themed around zombies and graveyards, and the beautiful hand-drawn artwork by Finnish artist T.Kannibalet Hietomaa Art perfectly matches the music. The Asian edition, released by Darker Than Darkness Records, will include a mini fold-out poster, logo sticker and a mini-interview with the band. This is a work that all extreme music fans, as well as old school death metal fans, should listen to.

SURGERY, now in its 21st year since its formation, is a death metal band formed and active in Poprad, northeastern Slovakia, and was formed in 2002 with guitarist Rado Body (guitar) at its core. The band has undergone several member changes and has released three albums so far: the EP "Pulled By the Rope" (2010), the first album "Descent" (2012), and the second album "Absorbing Roots" (2018). They have a great reputation for their simple and catchy death metal created with solid skill and rich taste, and their powerful and strong live performances, and are strengthening their presence in Europe's underground scene. Now, his third full album "Living Dead" will be his long-awaited first release in Asia!
