TURMION KÄTILÖT is a disco metal band from Finland. The band was formed in 2003 by a group of metal musicians led by MC Raaka Pee and DJ Vastapallo. The following year, in 2004, they made their album debut with ``Hoitovirhe,'' and it created a huge sensation in their home country of Finland and all over Europe. After that, they continued to release albums every few years. In 2020, he signed a contract with Nuclear Blast, a major German label.

As many fans may already know, in May 2024, TURMION KÄTILÖT will be coming to Japan with their ally Beast In Black from their home country. To commemorate this, the Japanese version of their latest album ``Omen X'', released in January 2023, will be released. This album, which is their 10th studio album in total, naturally explodes with their signature disco metal, but you might be asking yourself, "What exactly is disco metal?"
