The latest studio album from PRAYING MANTIS, one of NWOBHM's most representative veteran bands, which remains highly popular ever since their debut album "Time Tells No Lies" was a huge hit in Japan.

The band is known for its ups and downs since its debut in 1981. Although their debut album was a hit in Japan, there were business problems in their home country of England, and they stopped their activities after only that one album and a few singles. After some time, in 1990, they performed at a NWOBHM 10th anniversary concert in Japan, and reunited in earnest and released their second album, ``Predator in Disguise''. The band's members other than the Troy brothers, who were the core members, were quite fluid, but there was a time when former IRON MAIDEN members Dennis Stratton, Paul Di'Anno, Clive Burr and MSG's Gary Burden were members. After re-forming, they steadily released albums and toured, celebrating their 40th anniversary in 2021 and releasing the album "Katharsis" the following year. They delighted fans with catchy and melodious pieces centered around unchanging chorus work and twin lead guitar harmonies.

This latest work released by them, who are still active on the front lines, is full of Mantis songs that fans have been looking forward to. The songs are melodious and have hooks, and of course the traditional twin lead guitar and humid and melancholy chorus work are still alive and well. This is a masterpiece that will definitely allow you to enjoy PRAYING MANTIS no matter where you cut it.
