Bloodorn is a new power metal band formed by Nils Courbaron, the French guitarist of the symphonic metal band Sirenia. The lineup includes Mike Livas from Silent Winter on vocals, Francesco Saverio from Freedom Call on bass, and Michael Brush from Sirenia on drums.

They have signed a contract with Reaper Entertainment and will release their debut album ``Let the Fury Rise.'' They mix elements of extreme metal with inspiration from Gamma Ray and Beast In Black. Their style is fast, technical, and at times brutal, but at the same time melodic and catchy, and is best described as extreme power metal. Many people may think of DragonForce, but if you're a fan of them, Bloodorn is definitely a hit. For European power metal fans, Bloodorn is the hottest band of 24 years!
