Demon, one of NWOBHM's leading bands, has released their first new album in eight years! Inspired by horror movies, this album has a dark, catchy, and progressive finish reminiscent of their first two classic albums. This is Demon!

NWOBHM became a major movement mainly in the UK in the late 1970s. Their musical styles and images varied greatly, but some bands clearly inherited Black Sabbath's occultic and evil image. This Demon is one of them. On the one hand, the band's straight-forward name "Akuryō" and on the other hand, the image of the artwork was very sinister, but on the other hand, the music was rather catchy, and it could be said that this gap was the band's greatest appeal. Their debut album ``Night of the Demon'' in 1981 and their second album ``The Unexpected Guest'' in 1982 are still loved by many heavy metal fans as NWOBHM's masterpieces. Since then, Demon has continued their activities while changing their musical style. (Although they disbanded for a while in the 90s.) Now, they are releasing their long-awaited new album.

The title of his first new work in eight years is "Invincible." Original member vocalist Dave Hill has stated that he was "inspired by horror movies," and this album has plenty of early Demon flavor. Subtly dark, but catchy, and a little progressive. This is a Demon-like finish. It's sure to impress not only their fans, but also fans of Uriah Heap and Rainbow!
