Frantic Amber is an all-female melodic death metal band from Sweden. It originally started in 2008 as a project by guitarist Mary Siebecke. (Mary left in 2018.) In 2010, vocalist Elizabeth Andrews and Japanese guitarist Mio Jäger joined the group, and the band officially started. After releasing several singles, she made her debut album in 2015 with Burning Insight. In 2019, she released her second album ``Bellatrix''. Through repeated tours, they gained great popularity. I've been here in Japan before, so I'm sure many of you have witnessed that stage.

These girls are releasing their long-awaited new album for the first time in six years. Frantic Amber's style combines melodic death metal with thrash, black, progressive, orthodox heavy metal, and symphonic elements. The playing is also very tight and technical. Elizabeth's powerful vocals make it hard to tell that she's a woman unless you tell me. This work, titled ``Death Becomes Her,'' also fully demonstrates their charm. A masterpiece that perfectly balances melodicism and brutality, irresistible not only to melodic death metal fans but also to Scandinavian metal fans!
