Bloodywood, a band that fuses Indian folk music and heavy metal, releases their album "Nu Delhi"!

Their Indian folk instruments and hard modern metal sound have been making the world go wild. Bloodywood, formed in New Delhi, India in 2016, has attracted attention from around the world with their lyrics that fuse Indian folk music, rap, and metal, and sharply cut into social issues such as politics and mental health. The band members are Karan Katyar, a guitar/multi-instrumentalist with a unique background as a former lawyer, Jayanth Badulla on vocals and death voice, Rahul Kher on rap vocals, Vishesh Singh on drums, Roshan Roy on bass, and Sarthak Pawa, who plays double-sided drums from India and Pakistan, and dhol. In 2022, he will release his debut album “Rakshak”. This album earned them a nomination for Best International Breakthrough Artist at the 2022 Heavy Music Awards. They made a shocking first visit to Japan at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '22, and will be touring Japan in 2023, visiting Tokyo and Osaka. The lead single "Bekhauf" featuring BABYMETAL is also included.
