Scorpions, an old German metal trance band following Accept, two early masterpieces will be released for the first time in paper jackets in Japan!

TRANCE, a German metal band formed in 1979, is the second oldest after SCPRPIONS and ACCEPT! Their 1st album (1982), which is full of masterpieces and includes the big hit metal ballad "Loser", is being remastered and includes bonus tracks, and will be released for the first time in Japan! Paper jacket reappearance.

TRANCE, a band that debuted as a supernova of German metal following SCORPIONS and ACCEPT, sold a total of 150,000 copies with their first two albums, but gradually lost momentum due to label troubles and the rise of POWER/THRASH METAL. Their shocking 1982 debut ``Break Out'' will finally be released for the first time in Japan.

In 1981, he self-produced a demo tape as a 7" EP, which was rare in Germany at the time. It caught the attention of a record company, and he signed a contract with major indie company ROCKPORT. In May 1982, he released the "Break" From this album, the over 7-minute metal ballad ``Loser'' unexpectedly became the band's first European hit, becoming an ``overnight sensation'' and growing to the point where they toured extensively in Benelux and Germany in early 1982. This first album recorded explosive sales in the imported disc market not only in Germany but also in Japan at the time, with the band's signature singer and guitarist Rotor's melancholy singing and dramatic songs drawing comparisons with their predecessors, the SCORPIONS.

TRANCE, which has celebrated 45 years since its formation, continues to be active with initial members Marcus Berger (guitar) and Thomas Klein (bass), but unfortunately, original member Lothar Antoni passed away in February 2025. This Japanese paper jacket release includes two songs from the self-produced single above as bonus tracks! This is a long-awaited release, using remastered sound sources and a completely new booklet.
