Congratulations on coming to Japan! The 1st album released in 1985 by Leatherwolf, an important band of 80's US metal, is now available on Japanese CD for the first time!

Triple Ax Attack is Back! ! The debut album "Endangered Species" by Leatherwolf, an important band of 80's US metal, which has finally decided to perform in Japan for the first time, will be released in a remastered paper jacket for the first time in Japan as a commemorative edition and 40th anniversary edition!

This album was recorded and mixed by Randy Burns, who worked with Megadeth and others at the time, and was originally released in 1984 as a 5-song EP ``Leatherwolf.'' After receiving positive reviews, it was released worldwide as a full-length album with 9 songs, including 4 new songs. A Japanese LP was also released by CBS Sony, which was focusing on heavy metal at the time.

Even here in Japan, they are widely recognized as a masterpiece of heavy metal with a British/European flavor that is hard to imagine coming from a West Coast band in the flourishing LA metal scene! And this time too, Randy is in charge of remastering.

The band made their major debut on Island Records in 1987, making a global breakthrough with ``Metal Calling'' (original title: Leatherwolf), and subsequently released their 3rd album ``Street Ready'' on the same label. However, due to the trend of grunge's equal era, they stopped their activities in 1991, and after many twists and turns, they finally reunited in 1999, and in 2007 released ``World''. Asylum” released. After that, the only member from their debut was Dean Roberts on drums, but they added some strong members and in 2022 they released the masterpiece "Kill The Hunted" which proves that the band is still alive and well, and now their long-awaited first performance in Japan has come true!
