■Switzerland's leading thrash metal band: CORONER. They have been attracting attention since their formation in 1985, and their album debut was ``R.I.P.'' in 1987. The members themselves advocated ``progressive death metal,'' and quickly became known for their technical performances that incorporated jazz and classical elements, as well as their complex yet speed-oriented songs. With their 3rd album ``No More Color'' (1989), they reigned as a top technical group alongside VOIVOD and WATCHTOWER, and with their 4th album ``Mental Vortex'' (1991), they expanded their musicality by incorporating industrial aspects. Even after their disbandment in 1996, their legacy has not faded and continues to be talked about with respect, and they reunited in 2010 and have continued to perform at large-scale metal festivals and tour the world.

■When they first reunited, they were cautious about creating new music, but they started composing again around 2015. In the spring of 2020, they announced that they would "make an album and start recording," and they slowly progressed with the work. The release plan that had been whispered about every year since then did not materialize, but the miraculous latest work was finally completed for the first time in 32 years.

■As seen in the lead single "Renewal," everything has been updated to modernize while retaining the style and technique of yesteryear, the thrashy and strong riffs, and the dark lyrics wrapped in wisdom. You will be overwhelmed by the perfect content that exquisitely blends all the elements from the beginning to the 5th ``Grin'' (1993).

■For the first edition only, all songs from the legendary demo "Death Cult" (released in 1986), which led to CORONER's rise to the world, are added as a bonus disc. The rare sound source in which Tom G.Warrior (HELLHAMMER/CELTIC FROST/TRIPTYKON) participated as a guest singer is revived with a remaster.
