Planning began around the fall of 2024, and sound source production began at the end of the same year. The original plan was to release a CROWLEY cover project on YouTube from February 2025. Due to the illness of HIRO, the project's organizer, work was temporarily suspended and the project itself was even called off for a while, but production resumed in August!Although this project was originally planned to be distributed only on YouTube, it was decided to make it into a CD due to strong requests from many fans!

Some of the recorded songs are complete copies, while others have CROWLEY-like arrangements, and the original songs covered in Vol. 1 are selected mainly from HR/HM from the 70's to 80's. And as an unexpected cover song, Japanese band LUNA It has a wide variety of content, including covers of SEA! And above all...If CROWLEY covers it, all the songs sound like CROWLEY!This work was endorsed by a certain magazine writer, and once you listen to it, you'll probably listen to it three times in a row!While there are many artists in the world who produce cover albums, there are few who have achieved such high quality cover projects. According to the organizer, HIRO, ``All of the cover songs are played and sung by the band that created the original songs, but even if all the members of CROWLEY participated in the original band, unless they were at a level where they could function properly as members of that band, it would be disrespectful in itself! That is respect for the artists of the original songs! This project was undertaken with that in mind!''
