Kreator has continued to lead the German thrash metal scene along with Sodom and Destruction. Albums released in the 1980s such as ``Endless Pain'' (1985), ``Pleasure to Kill'' (1986), and ``Terrible Certainty'' (1987) are monumental works that go beyond mere masterpieces. The influence it had on subsequent death metal and black metal is immeasurable. He is a rare figure who has not lost his challenging attitude even into the 21st century and continues to release great albums. In 2019, there was an upheaval when bassist Christian Giesler, who had been with the group for over 20 years, left the group. However, they soon welcomed Frederic Leclerc, formerly of Dragon Force, as a new bassist, and released "Hate Uber Alles" in 2022. This work also featured an orchestra and choir, and was a truly ambitious album.

Kreator will be releasing their first new album in four years. This work, titled ``Krushers of the World,'' is also an album that is truly typical of them. Their style, which retains the brutality of the 1980s while also being melodic, can be said to sum up their 40-year career. Kreator has a wonderful sense of balance that is both extremely destructive and catchy at the same time. It's easy to see why they have continued to lead the German thrash scene for 40 years. A must-listen for all metal fans, this is a masterpiece of thrash metal that exudes the dignity of a king!
