Norwegian progressive metal band Course Of Fate has released their long-awaited album! This is the heaviest work in the band's history, and is a must-listen for progressive metal fans who can feel the band's maturity and challenging spirit at the same time!

Course Of Fate is a Norwegian progressive metal band. They have steadily increased their reputation for their profound and intelligent song structures and approach that emphasizes storytelling. Their debut work, the concept album ``Mindweaver,'' released in 2020, made them famous in the scene. This work boasts a level of perfection that has been compared to historical masterpieces such as Queensryche's ``Operation: Mindcrime'' and Dream Theater's ``Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes From A Memory,'' and received high scores across the board from major metal magazines and webzines around the world. This was the moment when Course Of Fate firmly established themselves in the progressive metal community. Their following second album "Somnium" (2023) did not lose their momentum, and once again received high international acclaim for its content that combines modern sound production and detailed song structure. While showing the influence of classic progressive rock bands such as Pink Floyd, Queensrÿche, and Dream Theater, they skillfully incorporated the sensibilities of modern progressive metal such as Evergrey, Soen, and Pain of Salvation, deepening their unique sound.

Their long-awaited third album, ``Behind The Eclipse,'' has now been released. Although this work is not a concept album, the common theme that runs through all the songs is the interaction of darkness and light, and the album as a whole has a strong sense of unity. Musically, while presenting the heaviest Course of Fate to date, it incorporates progressive developments and unexpected arrangements throughout, giving a sense of the band's maturity and challenging spirit at the same time. Production was handled by the band themselves, with artwork by Stan W. Decker. It strongly supports the world of the work both visually and acoustically. Intellect and emotion, heaviness and delicacy, darkness and light--Course Of Fate's music is intricately woven together, and is a must-listen for anyone who loves progressive metal!
