The Black Crowes, legendary rock icons and 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominees, will release their long-awaited new album, A Pound of Feathers, on Silver Arrow Records. Produced by Jay Joyce, this album takes their iconic sound, which blends blues, soul, and rock, to even more exciting new heights. With a career spanning 40 years, this new album is an overwhelming testament to their unwavering artistic flame and importance to rock and roll.
"We finished this record in eight to 10 days," says Chris Robinson. "It was a natural continuation of the elation and inspiration of our previous album, Happiness Bastards, but we wrote more experimentally, with intuition and the emotion of the moment. The improvisation that Rich brings to the album is indescribable, but it's the best thing he's ever done." "This album is a transformational album for us.
