Italian folk/symphonic metal band Vallorch has released a new album! Their mysterious, symphonic sound, deeply rooted in Cimbrian mythology and Alpine folklore, is magnificent and unique!

Vallorch is an Italian folk/symphonic metal band. Formed in 2010, they have continued to use music to depict the nature of the Alps, Cimbrian mythology, and a world of stories rooted in their own roots. Although based on the folk-metal tradition of fusion of ethnic instruments and metal, they have established a unique drama through majestic symphonic arrangements and interplay between male and female vocals.

They rose to prominence with their 2012 EP ``Stories of North,'' and their debut album ``Neverfade'' attracted attention for their sound that combined light folk-derived melodies with death metal feathered aggression. Their follow-up, "Until Our Tale Is Told" (2015), greatly improved the precision of their arrangements and song structure, and steadily expanded their support through live activities and appearances at large festivals throughout Europe. Despite overcoming changes in members and the difficulties of the pandemic, the band never stopped moving forward and reorganized into a stronger structure.

Vallorch will be releasing a new album, ``The Circle.'' This work is their most ambitious and highly accomplished work. The theme that runs through the entire album is "night." It has a conceptual composition in which each song is arranged in a circle, centering on the conflicting emotions of introspection and celebration, solitude and solidarity. A dark and dramatic mysticism lives quietly within the symphonic expanse. The sound world is truly rich, from explosive orchestrations to simple and warm ethnic parts. While it evokes a sense of grandeur similar to bands such as ELUVEITIE, NIGHTWISH, and EPICA, the lyrical world deeply rooted in Cimbrian mythology and Alpine folklore is unique. The sound, which combines the vibrancy of folk and the solemnity of symphonic metal, has a scale and emotion that surpasses previous works. A must-listen for folk/symphonic metal fans!
