Riot is an American heavy metal band that is extremely popular here in Japan. In 2012, the band's founder and leader Mark Leary suddenly passed away due to a subarachnoid hemorrhage, but the remaining members, Mike Fritz and Don Van Stavan, carried on Mark's wishes and continued the band. He has remained active to this day. In 2024, they released the album Mean Streets, and with the same momentum, they came to Japan and held two concerts, one called Riot Fes and the other solo, and they showed off their power once again with great success. Then, this year, we received the surprising news that Todd Hall would be leaving the band and that he would be replaced by Valentino Francavilla, an Italian-based guitarist and vocalist who performed with them on their recent visit to Japan.

This work is a recording of two performances in Japan in 2024, which coincidentally became a turning point in Riot's history. The content is Todd's last work, and it is a large volume where you can enjoy all the famous songs from old and new history. The point of this work is not only that, but Valentino Francavilla, who was the opening act at Riot Fes, will be a guest at both performances. The sight of Todd, who has been with Riot for many years, and Valentino, who is currently the frontman on tour, singing together, and the moment when their high tones intersected, could be said to be a new moment in Riot's history. What's more, the bassist of Japan's proud Loudness, Masayoshi Yamashita, also makes a guest appearance, making it absolutely gorgeous.

A special live piece that completely captures the excitement of that day. A historic moment that will remain in Riot history in Japan. It's a historical piece that all HR/HM fans can enjoy, but it's a must-have for Riot fans.
