The return of a legend. The long-awaited reissue of BOWWOW's first full-length reunion album, in which the original members reunited after 15 years!!

With the restart of VOW WOW in 2024, the genealogy of "B" and "V" is once again attracting attention, and this work "BACK", released in 1998, which was an extremely important turning point in the band's history, has finally been re-released. The biggest highlight of this work is that the three original members, Kyoji Yamamoto (G/Vo), Mitsuhiro Saito (G/Vo), and Toshihiro Niimi (Ds), have sincerely faced their ``former songs'' after their respective careers and reconstructed them using mature techniques. Early masterpieces such as "Get On Our Train" and "Heart's On Fire" are vividly revived with the strong sound of the late 90's and a strong ensemble. In particular, "Get On Our Train" features original bassist Kenji Sano, who had already retired at the time, participating as a "CRAZY VOICE", and it can be said to be an extremely emotional album for fans, as it records the moment when the four souls resonated again. Furthermore, in addition to the three new songs from that time, this reissue includes the rare sound source ``Sunset Rider'' by Kyoji Yamamoto, which was provided for the PlayStation software ``R'' as a bonus track. This song, which has been difficult to obtain for a long time, is full of exhilaration and embodies the game's theme of "fusion of music and sports." More than just a collection of remakes, this work captures the process of recovering lost time and reestablishing a band's identity. Not only those who were enthusiastic about it in real time at the time, but also listeners of the following generation, please experience the ``starting point'' where the treasure of Japanese rock is rekindled.
