This is a complete recording of the superb stereo audience source from the February 1, 1992 Brighton, England concert. Many of you may recall that there was a high-quality audience title of this show on a pressed disc in the past. The audience may be thinking, "Oh, that's the source. That's enough of an audience source for me." If you are thinking, "Oh, that's enough for an audience source," please read to the end. The master of this disc is a newly discovered master that is completely different from the original master, even though it was recently uploaded to the Internet. This is immediately apparent from the audience's cheers at the beginning of the recording. The original master was also in stereo and boasted the definitive sound quality in terms of clarity and sound balance, but this master is just as good, if not better, than the original. In fact, I would say that this disc is superior in terms of stereo spaciousness. As enthusiasts who have already downloaded this master may have noticed, the master, Anything For Your Love and Badge, actually contained fatal flaws (problems) caused by tape deterioration over time. If you are thinking, "The sound quality is excellent, but these flaws make it impossible to surpass the original recordings," then please continue to the end of this page. If you think, "The sound quality is excellent, but this defect makes it impossible to surpass the original recording," please read further to the end of this page. Our professional engineers have perfectly mended the flawed part of this disc. Anyone who has listened to this disc for the first time will not be able to understand what has been corrected and improved. In addition, the pitch, which was almost half of the sound in the original recording, has been completely corrected, and the narrow range of the sound has been remastered to create a more expansive sound image. In other words, this disc uses a completely different master from the original release, and is a high-grade disc with a different dimension from the original Net Master. This is a one-of-a-kind title that can only be found at our store. Now that I have sufficiently conveyed the quality of the sound, let me tell you about the significance of this performance. This concert was very important for Clapton. It was the first day of his long tour that year. It was not just the first day of the tour, but the first day of Clapton's "rebirth" in life. Clapton had recorded "Unplugged" two weeks earlier. Clapton had suffered the tragic death of his young son in an accident the previous year, and for a time it was reported that he had been unable to recover from the tragedy. After a deep reflection on himself, he vowed to embark on a new life, rather than sinking deep into grief. This was the starting point of his new life. The backing musicians were the same members who had supported his Japan tour with George Harrison at the end of the previous year. The same members who supported George Harrison's return to the stage after a 27-year absence also supported Clapton's revival tour. Noteworthy in the setlist was the fact that My Father's Eyes and Circus, which were released six years later in 1998 on the "PILGRIM" album, were performed at this point. Both songs were also performed in acoustic versions on "Unplugged," but Clapton's wishes prevented them from being included on the album of the same name released that year. Perhaps Clapton thought that the songs were still in the process of being refined. My Father's Eyes is especially valuable because it is performed in an electric version that differs from the "unplugged" version, which was performed only in the early stages of the UK tour and later dropped from the set, suggesting that Clapton was still experimenting with the song. Clapton was experimenting with it. He himself said in his MC before the performance, "I'm going to try a new song here. It's not recorded yet, so it's a little rough. However, the song you can hear here is very rough. However, the arrangement of this song here is very gentle and shows a wonderful performance. Circus is also an excellent take, full of melancholy. Also noteworthy is the first live performance of "Anything For Your Love" from the album "Journeyman. The song, performed with a hammering rhythm in the background, was a new challenge for him to try without waiting for 1998's "PILGRIM" to come out. Clapton's positive spirit can be felt throughout the entire performance. This is what this disc is all about. Please re-listen to this performance on a completely different master and experience Clapton's spirit. Love 3. Pretending 4. I Shot The Sheriff 5. Running On Faith 6. My Father's Eyes 7.
