Free 1972 European Tour UK Tour October The Coatham Bowl and Bracknell Sports The band was formed in 1969 by Paul Rogers and Paul Kossoff as a guitarist. In the performance recorded on this item, Japanese bassist Tetsu Yamauchi joined the band and recorded the second phase of their performance, directly conveying the roughness and power that can only be heard during this period. Kossoff's crying guitar work and Rogers' shouts are very moving. The sound quality is top notch, with all SBD sources used, and although there are a few period effects, all possible noise reduction and repair work has been done to ensure the highest level of enjoyment.
