In 2007, Keith performed 14 trio concerts and only 4 solo concerts. This was the last of those solo performances and the last concert of 2007, including Torio's solo performances, and the famous performance called "Beautiful Concert" by fans is now available for the first time in its complete version, including four encores! Keith's solo piano concerts from the 2000s onward, in which he reduced the number of concerts while increasing his concentration, became more serious about the piano (music) than ever before, and began to give demanding performances as if he were trying to cut himself to the bone in pursuit of the highest peak of his art. From Keith's 2007 Premium Solo Concerts, which were limited to just four performances, we now have in stock a 3-CD set that includes a complete 1.5-hour recording of his latest solo performance, including 4 encores, in high sound quality and carefully mastered by the label! From the start of the first improvisation, Keith spun each note of the beautiful melody that came from the depths of his being, as if he was biting down on each note. From there, the improvisation develops freely as he sees fit, and the high degree of perfection with which he unfolds the beginning, middle, and end of the piece is unique! Whether it is a long piece or a standard, Keith's performance, which has such a high degree of perfection that it is hard to believe it was improvised, is breathtakingly beautiful and stirs the listener's heart. The imaginative Keith's pianism, which was born as if squeezed out of his body, simply stuns the audience! The "Solo Concert" was released in 1973 as a 3-LP box set prior to the worldwide hit "Cologne Concert," an unprecedented work of piano solo improvised entirely at the Lausanne concert in March 1973 and the Bremen concert in July 1973. The recording time was limited to an average of about 20 minutes per side for "good sound," so only the first half of the July 12, 1973 Bremen concert was recorded on the A-side of the album, and the second half was cut due to the recording time. The second half was cut out due to the recording time. Recently, however, the 23 minutes of the cut second half was unearthed and included in the first half of this CD in superb soundboard quality! The second half of this album also features over 30 minutes of a solo piano performance at the Poly Jazz Festival in Finland on July 14, 1973, two days after the Bremen show, in superb soundboard quality, which rivals the Bremen performance!
