Lyle Mays, the keyboard player for the Pat Metheny Group for many years, passed away in Los Angeles in February 2020 after a long illness. This is a compilation of his solo work from the same year, after the release of "Fixation" in 1993, all in stereo soundboard from broadcast masters. The first is a two-hour concert in Washington, D.C. on April 18 of the same year, recorded almost entirely in stereo soundboard from the broadcast masters, Mark Johnson, the famous bassist who supported Bill Evans in his early years, also participated in the album. In addition, disc 3 includes a gig at a jazz club in Stockholm, Sweden, on November 16 of the same year, lasting just under an hour, and featuring the same members on acoustic piano.
