Mary Hopkin's latest edited live collection from 2023 is now available from the must-have label for Beatles fans. This is the first live archive to be released on the UK:BBC Stereo Masters, and unlike the broadcasts, there is no DJ MC before or after each song, and the entire recording is in real stereo with the latest AI remastering in 2023. The TV on-air soundboard recording of the first concert in Japan in 1970, which is based on the actual order of the songs, is also remastered in the latest version. The rare Blackpool concert from the same year in Japan is also newly upgraded. The main "LIVE AT THE BBC STEREO MASTERS" is a separate source from the previous "BBC Sessions," with DJ talks and other material cut out, and all takes have been remastered in real stereo with the latest AI editing, plus the rare performance with Bert Jansch has been added. And "LIVE IN JAPAN OSAKA" is also included. LIVE IN JAPAN OSAKA EXPO 1970" is a newly edited and stereo remastered complete recording of the band's rare first concert in Japan at the Osaka Expo, and based on the concert experience and testimonies of the time, includes the opening song "The Joy of Love," a solo acoustic set, and a live performance with Gallagher & Lyle. The recording is based on the experience and testimonies of the concert at that time. Although there are no exact data available at the time, the setlist is almost a reproduction of the actual setlist. The live repertoire includes three Beatles numbers that were not released on recordings, as well as folk covers such as "Donna Donna" and "Light and Shadow of Youth". BLACKPOOL U.K. 1970" is a recording of the August 14 Blackpool show from the tour that took place in Japan immediately after the first Japan tour, recorded from an audience master that was in fair condition for the time.
