TOTO's first Japan tour in four years, the new TOTO led by Steve Lukather, has been released on Blu-ray ROM in 105 minutes, using the NANKER label's own HD original film of the final day's impressive Budokan concert on July 21, 2023. The 105-minute Blu-ray R includes the final performance at Budokan on July 21, 2023, in the NANKER label's exclusive HD original film, featuring super-clear audience images with outstanding stability. A DVDR of the same video is included, as well as a CDR of a high-quality audience recording with rich sound pressure and excellent stereo. (The audio is also used for the video.)

The new TOTO, led by Steve Lukather, will perform at Budokan on July 21, the last day of their first Japan tour in four years, at the exultant Budokan. The 105-minute Blu-ray R includes the original HD audience footage of the show, which is extremely beautiful and stable. Includes a DVDR of the same video and a CDR of the high-quality audience recording with rich sound pressure and excellent stereo feel. (The audio is also used for the video.) This is a one-camera shot from the front row of the South Stand directly in front of the stage, with a good view of the entire band, Steve Lukather and Joseph Williams, as well as new member Dominic "Xavier" Taplin (key), The complete video features a variety of realistic shots, including zoom shots of Steve Lukather and Joseph Williams, as well as new members Dominic "Xavier" Taplin (key), Steve Maggiola (key), John Pearce (b), Robert "Spat" Seawright (dr), and more. The live performance begins with "Orphan" from "TOTO XIV - Seiken no Kizuna" released in 2015. The live show started with "Orphan" from "TOTO XIV - Seiken no Kizuna" released in 2015, followed by "Hold The Line," "I'll Be Over You," "Pamela," "I'll Supply The Love," and the last two songs of the show, "Rosanna" and "Africa," which are the last songs of the main show. For the encore, the band performed "With A Little Help From My Friends" by The Beatles, a standard live performance in recent years. The impressive Budokan concert by the new TOTO, which marked the 45th anniversary since its debut in 1978, can be fully enjoyed in NANKER RECORD's original sound and video.
